a lot of the good offensive web comics are gone now. purple pussy, sexy losers, ghastly's. both of mine are pretty offensive, faggot house more so than witch doctor, but i don't think either of them have gotten any exposure in communities where people are likely to be offended by ... anything

I was just remembering a site called the List of Potentially Offensive Webcomics (created back in 99/00) and thinking, surely webcomics has continued to offend! If you want to suggest other comics to add to this poll post a comment with a URL and why and I'll check them out.

Indefensible isn't the same thing as offensive, though. I guess a topic is only offensive if you're using it for a laugh; if you're using it to make the readers think, that's okay.
Oh -- and Toy Division is too cool to be offensive. You can't hate something that beautiful.

Offensive or as the old list used to be "List of Potentially Offensive Webcomics" is offensive to someone I guess. It just shorthand for a comic that's really pushing the edge I suppose - it's not meant to be a negative description of the webcomic in question.
