APE, the Alternative Press Expo, returns to the Concourse in San Francisco for another APE-ril weekend, Saturday and Sunday, April 8 and 9. This fun show has continued to grow in many ways; more exhibitors, increased attendees and added programming have made this the 'must attend' event for lovers of all things alternative and self published.

APE 2006 special guests will include Keith Knight, Alex Robinson, and Raina Telgemeier (table 334).  Other artists exhibiting include: Derek Kirk Kim (table 268A), Dave Roman (table 334) and Lark Pien (table 439).

There will be a panel featuring artists from the Flight anthology series on Sunday, running from 1:45 - 2:40 pm.  Also the Flight anthology will have a table (#517) featuring several artists: Chris Appelhans, Neil Babra, Vera Brosgol, Clio Chiang, Kazu Kibuishi, and Jen Wang.
